   What we collect

   The minimum we need to operate your reservation: name, contact details, payment token, travel documents when required by the destination. We do not sell data. We do not sell access to you.

   Why we collect it

   To issue tickets, to board you, to serve you at altitude, and to keep the aircraft in the air. We keep records for as long as aviation authorities require, and no longer.

   Who sees it

   FlyLo employees with a reason to see it. Authorities, when they compel us. No one else. No advertising networks.

   Access, correction, erasure, portability. Write to atlas@flylo.example and we will respond within 14 days.
