Conditions of carriage.

International carriage is subject to the Montreal Convention and, where applicable, EU Regulation 261/2004. Liability for delay, damage, or loss of baggage follows those instruments and the limits printed on your ticket. Applicable tariffs and fare rules are incorporated into your contract of carriage at purchase.

    Your ticket

    Your ticket is a contract between you and FlyLo Airlines, Inc., with principal offices in San Francisco. Fares, baggage and change rules are fixed at booking, with no hidden fees.

  2. 02

    Baggage

    One checked bag up to 23 kg and one carry-on up to 8 kg are included in every fare. Fragile and sporting equipment should be declared in advance.

  3. 03

    Changes & cancellations

    All fares may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before departure, at no charge, for a credit valid for 24 months. Refunds are available on refundable fares.

  4. 04

    Irregular operations

    If we cancel or delay your flight by more than three hours for reasons within our control, we will rebook, refund, or compensate you under EU 261/2004 and the Montreal Convention, whichever is greater.

    Conduct

    Quiet aircraft rely on mutual courtesy. We ask that you keep your voice low on the phone, and that you let the cabin crew do their work.
